Rachel and her 5 brothers were born in April and have been in the care of Cats Cradle Volunteers since they were about 7 weeks old.  They were found in Reseda and rescued by a cat lover who didn't have the resources to take care of them properly. She contacted us and we agreed to help.    Rachel was scared and shy at first, but with a lot of love and patience she has blossomed into a very loving and affectionate kitten.  She is now n evening-in-front of the TV lap kitty who parks there when she is tired from chasing her brothers. She also LOVES to be stroked and have her back just above her tail scratched.  She is more talkative than her brothers, not surprising... she IS a calico!

They were all very starved, sickly and skinny when they arrived at Cats Cradle Rescue and it has taken a few months to get them healthy, happy, and ready for new homes .  They were fostered by a CCR volunteer and have gradually gained weight, recovered from upper respiratory infections and grown into beautiful healthy kittens.

They are all very active, playful, and loving kittens, even though they may be a bit shy until they get to know you.  Roswell will be shown for adoption along with siblings Roswell and Rusty.  Please call 805-647-7173 if you have questions about adopting one of these beautiful kittens or wish to meet Rachel and her littermates.

More about Rachel

Good with Cats

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
