Smudge was born around May 4th and has been fostered by CCR volunteers since he was only 5 days old.

He has a smudge of white crossing over his black back patch.  He has black smudges on and around his nose and a very generous white tip at the very end of his tail.  You can't see it in these pictures, but come to visit him at our PETCO adoption and he will be happy to demo it!  He will eat his own share and then nose out a sibling to get at that sibling's share.  Will look up at his foster mom from the floor with no fear and will follow his foster to see what is happening.  His favorite toys are his siblings. 

Smudge and Duckie are very close and will usually sleep together.  He was the first to go nose to nose with my dog and did so without fear.  He will curl up in bed with you.

Smudge and his brother will be shown for adoption at either the Oxnard Petsmart or Ventura PETCO from around 11 a.m to 4 p.m. on selected Saturdays and Sundays.  Please call Georgetta at 805-647-7173 for more information on where he will be this weekend!

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
