Kalina is a super cuddly, sweet, playful kitty, with silky-soft black fur and gorgeous golden eyes. She also has a birth defect in her two front legs that makes it so she walks differently than other kitties, and as such will need to find a very special home.

As one of a litter of 5 kittens, born outside to a feral mama kitty, Kalina could have grown to be skittish and fearful, relying on her siblings to protect her, especially considering her special needs. Instead she grew to be an outgoing & lovable kitten who rolls over and demands belly rubs, likes to play with toys, and gets around her foster family's kitty room like there's nothing wrong with her...and indeed, there really isn't!

All CCR cats and kittens receive their vaccinations, a microchip registered to the new owner, collar & tag, starter bag of food, and their sterilization. In addition, we test for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).  All of our animals are 8 weeks or older when they are shown for adoptions, all of our felines must be spayed /neutered before we place them in new homes and they must be 8 weeks old and 2 pounds to have their surgeries.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
