Jimmy is a sweet, gentle, shy, handsome black neutered male cat, with a short coat of thick softness. He was rescued from a homeless camp by the Ventura River near the Ventura County Fairgrounds and is about 2 years old. Jimmy was quite timid at first, and is becoming more and more friendly with his foster family.  He is doing well as an indoor cat!  Once Jimmy knows you, he comes and rubs up against your legs and wants you to pet him.  He loves when you scratch his head, pet his back, or rub his chin -- each of these get him happily purring! 

Jimmy will do best if you are willing to give him a little extra time to get comfortable in his new home. He has made friends with another cat in his foster home.  Jimmy has an elegant style when resting, yet he LOVES to break out and play - and to eat!

Jimmy is vaccinated, tested negative on FeLV/FIV and is microchipped.
