Simon was found roaming around streets of Moorpark when he was still a young adult. Not being neutered, he’s been through his share of animal fights, competing for territory and scraps of food. Those days are now behind him and he’s ready to be a loyal companion, cuddling next to his human on a warm couch.

Simon loves human attention, head scratches, cat trees, catnip toys and treats. He will generously reward you with his loud purrs, unconditional love and staring at you lovingly with those beautiful blue eyes.

He is very playful and loves to climb. If you can't find him at the ground level, he's probably on the top of a cat tree. He gets along well with dogs and with other cats, with proper introduction. He is most likely good with kids. He seems to have good instincts not to scratch humans even when under stress.

Simon would probably always have a special connection to the outdoors, so he’d appreciate lots of windows with cat trees, where he can watch the birds and the squirrels.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
