This beautiful and loving senior toroise shell female kitty has had a hard life and deserves a loving home. All she asks is to be a lap kitty who is petted, loved, and fed. She is about 10 years old and is missing all of her upper teeth. She has been taken to the vet and has been deemed healthy for adoption.

We call her Vaygee (short for vagrant!) because she was abandoned on the street by her previous owner. She spent two years as a homeless cat, but through it all has maintained her sweet and loving disposition. She had a minor infection on her lower lip (first photo was taken while she had infection), for which we took her to our vet, got her antibiotics and have fostered her through her recovery.

She's healed now and ready to find that caring person who will give her the retirement home of her dreams. If we cannot find a home for her, our only option is the shelter, which she doesn't deserve. I love her and would keep her if we didn't have a full house.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption; however, kittens receive two vaccinations.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
